Forgot Centre ID/User ID/Password? - Teacher and Administrator

If a teacher or administrator has forgotten their school Centre ID, User ID or Password, contact your SAM Learning Account Manager who will be able to reset the credentials for you.  

A teacher or administrator can also seek further assistance by contacting the SAM Learning support team via email ([e-mail]) or telephone [phone]).
