NB - if your school is on a daily synchronisation plan with us (e.g. GroupCall), please do NOT follow this process - when the learner is fully entered into your MIS, the data will flow to us.
1. Select the 'Learners' tab.
2. Find the student by using the search function on the left side of the screen.
3. Having selected your student, click on the 'Edit Learner' pencil icon.
4. Read and agree to the Privacy Policy and hit 'Next'.
5. In the box on the right, click on the classes that are no longer required and select 'Remove'.
6. In the box on the left, click on the classes that should be assigned to the student.
7. Once all the necessary classes appear in the box on the right, hit 'Next', 'Finish' and 'Close'. The student will immediately appear in the new classes.
