When a learner account is created, by default the learner's user ID will be used for BOTH their user ID and password. However, learners can change their password at any time by logging into their account and clicking My Profile.
If a learner cannot access their account, start by verifying the correct centre ID and user ID is being entered. Ensure no spaces are added either at the beginning or end of the centre ID and user ID entered.
If both are correct, and/or the learner has forgotten their current password, you have the ability of resetting the learner's password and 'refreshing' their account.
To do so, you will need to be logged in to your administrator or teacher account.
Click on Learners off the top navigation bar.
A list of learners will be displayed.
Locate the correct learner by scrolling down the list or using the filters located on the left side of the screen. Click Search.
Once you have found the learner, click the check-box (that corresponds with the learner record) located to the left of the learner's surname.
Find and click Reset Passwords located at the bottom of the table.
A verification page will appear with the learner(s) you are wanting to reset passwords for. Verify the information is correct, then click Yes - Reset Password(s).
Once completed, a confirmation message will appear and the password will default immediately to the learner’s user ID. This process is completed instantaneously; there is no delay.
