A Member of Staff has Multiple Teacher Accounts - What do you do?

Permanently deleted user

Log in to your SAM admin account.
Go to the 'Profile' tab.
Select the 'Teacher Data' button on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to the duplicate accounts and click the 'Inactive' radio button next to their names. Then scroll down and click 'Save'.
The teacher's extra accounts will be made inactive immediately and hidden from your teacher data.

The same process can be used to remove teachers who have left the school. We recommend a termly 'admin tidy up' to keep teacher data up to date.
